Postponed: 2020 Rose Award honoring Gillian Zucker

Dear Friends & Supporters:

After careful consideration of the urgency of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided to postpone the 2020 Rose Award honoring Gillian Zucker, President of Business Operations for the L.A. Clippers. We are following Governor Gavin Newsom’s declaration of a state of emergency and our collective common sense.

The board and staff of the Los Angeles Parks Foundation send deep gratitude for your ongoing support of our work improving Los Angeles City parks for all Angelenos. We thank Gillian for her inspiring leadership, as well as the entire Clippers family, for the generous investment in renovating basketball courts at public parks throughout Los Angeles.

Thank you to all donors and sponsors who have already given or pledged generously in support of this year’s event. We will stay in close touch as we proceed. This event is our primary annual fundraising event, and we rely on your support to improve our Los Angles city parks. If you’re able to donate to support the work we are doing, you can do so here:

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me at Thank you again for your support and patience as we navigate this difficult time.
